How the fitting works
Schedule & planning
We discuss the number of employees (at least 10 people), location and desired attenuation profile and agree on a suitable date.
On-site fitting
Our specialists take each person's ear impression in just a few minutes — discreet, hygienic and with no production downtime.
Handover & function check
About 3–4 weeks after the first appointment — the otoplastics are individually custom-made for each person during this time — we return on site, hand them over including filters and case and check fit and function directly at the ear.
Function check after 3 years
After three years we visit you again and carry out a function check — for consistently reliable hearing protection.
Frequently asked
How long does an otoplastic last?+
With proper care 4–6 years. Filters are replaced regularly, the material stays dimensionally stable.
How is it cleaned?+
With lukewarm water and mild soap or special cleaning tablets. Cleaning instructions are included.
What if it doesn't fit perfectly?+
We readjust free of charge during the first weeks. A perfect fit is the basis for full attenuation.
How many people per day?+
About 30–40 fittings per specialist per day. For larger teams we send several specialists.
