Personal data may be processed when you visit our website. This concerns in particular technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, time of access and pages visited, as well as data that you actively provide to us via forms or other functions.
We process this data in particular to provide and securely operate our website, to handle enquiries, to carry out pre-contractual measures and to fulfil contracts, to improve our services, to prevent misuse and technical attacks and to analyse the use of our website statistically.

3. Technical platform and hosting – Lovable
For the development, provision and technical operation of this website and of individual digital functions we use Lovable. The provider is Lovable Labs Incorporated, USA.
As part of the technical provision, IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, technical log data and further information required to operate the website may be processed.
Lovable processes personal customer data within the scope of the contractually agreed services and the corresponding data protection agreements and may engage further technical service providers and sub-processors for this purpose.
Where personal data is processed outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, this takes place in compliance with the applicable data protection requirements and using appropriate safeguards where such are required.

4. Backend and database infrastructure – Supabase
For certain technical functions of our website and our digital applications we use Supabase as backend and database infrastructure.
Depending on the respective function, Supabase may process and store database content, technical usage and log data, form information and further information entered by users.
Supabase is used in particular for the technical provision of backend functions, databases and, where applicable, authentication and storage functions.
Processing takes place to provide our digital services securely and efficiently and – where such data is processed in the context of an enquiry or business relationship – to carry out pre-contractual measures or to fulfil a contract.

9. Plausible Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-oriented web analytics service of Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia.
We use Plausible for the statistical evaluation of the use of our website. This may include statistics on page views, referrers, country of origin as well as browser and device type.
Plausible is designed to work without classic tracking cookies and without cross-site user profiles.

10. Google Maps
Maps and location information via Google Maps may be embedded on our website.
When a corresponding map function is called up, technical data, in particular the IP address, may be transmitted to Google.

11. Google Ads and conversion tracking
We use Google Ads, an online advertising service by Google, to promote our offering in search results and on other Google services.
To measure the success of our advertising campaigns we may use Google Ads conversion tracking. If you reach our website via a Google ad and have consented to the corresponding data processing, cookies or comparable technologies may be used and information about your use of our website may be processed.
This allows us, for example, to recognise whether a person who reached our website via Google Ads carried out an action relevant to us, such as a contact enquiry, a purchase or another defined conversion.

The provider for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland is generally Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

12. AI assistant “Frag Unico”
On our website we offer the AI-based assistant “Frag Unico”. It supports users with questions about our products, services, standards and further topics related to our offering.
The messages you enter are processed technically in order to generate an answer. For this we use the Lovable AI Gateway, through which language models of various external model providers can be made available.
Depending on the model used, the information entered may be transmitted to the respective model providers for processing.
Please do not enter any confidential information, personal data or sensitive personal data in the chat.
The answers of the AI assistant are generated automatically and may contain errors. Especially for safety-relevant information, the applicable standards, technical documents, conformity information and official product information are authoritative.

13. AI-assisted creation of website content
AI-based tools may be used in the conception, design, programming and creation of individual content on this website.
Published content is reviewed editorially by us. Parts of the imagery used may also have been created with the help of generative AI.
14. Newsletter and marketing communication
If you sign up for a newsletter or other electronic marketing information, we use your contact details to send you the corresponding information.
Dispatch generally takes place on the basis of your consent, unless another legal basis for contacting you exists.

15. LinkedIn
We maintain a company presence on LinkedIn and may link to it from our website.
Simply visiting our website does not, as a rule, transfer any personal data to LinkedIn on the basis of such an external link. Further data processing by LinkedIn only takes place once you follow the link and access LinkedIn, in accordance with LinkedIn's own privacy provisions.

If you are logged in to LinkedIn, LinkedIn may attribute your visit to our company profile to your user account.
We currently do not use a LinkedIn Insight Tag on this website.
