General information on infrared light
- Red-light lamps, infrared emitters and therapy devices emit in different wavelength ranges and at different power levels depending on the model.
- Whether safety glasses are suitable therefore depends on the device used and its radiation spectrum – not just on the label «red light» or «infrared».
- The Zhi IR 1.7 is not automatically suitable for every red-light lamp, infrared cabin or sauna, and it is not a safety glass for IPL or laser devices. Always follow the device manufacturer's instructions.
